Q: How often do you put out new episodes?
A: Each show takes about three weeks from concept to final product, so we plan to update the site with one new episode each month.
Q: Where are all the old episodes?
A: We do have a full library of episodes that will rotate under the "Watch Episodes" section each month.
Q: Are there different DVDs available online versus at retail stores?
A: No. The content of our DVDs is the same. The online versions are created especially for our loyal Mondo fans that have been with us since the beginning! These versions are available through our online store. The DVDs at stores adhere to necessary retail guidelines.
Q: Where can I buy the DVD and Happy Tree Friends merchandise?
A: Hot Topic has an exclusive on our Happy Tree Friends merchandise, so check out their site and store this October for pens, wallets, keychains, notebooks, t-shirts and more! The DVD will also be available at Hot Topic, as well as Best Buy, MusicLand, Virgin Megastores, Tower Records and more. IF you have any questions, please contact customerservice@mondomedia.com.
Q: Where can I find your products internationally?
A: "First Blood" is available in Canada and the UK now! "Second Serving" hits Canada on October 21st at HMV, Music World, Virgin, CD Plus, Sunrise and more. The merchandise is still only available through our online store for our international customers. As this changes, we will update the site with details.
Q: How much does it cost to ship your products internationally?
A: Please fill out your order form in our online store to find the total cost of your order, including shipping and handling charges. The order form will display the final cost of your order prior to submitting any credit card information for payment.
Q: How often do you add new merchandise to your store?
A: We try to update the store each season or whenever practical. Please remember that we are also busy producing new episodes, DVD content, working on designs and the website. It takes a lot of work to keep Happy Tree Friends running!
Q: Is the DVD region encoded? Will it play in other countries besides the United States?
A: Our DVD is region encoded zero and plays on DVD players worldwide. We ship over 40% of our orders internationally and have not received any reports of playing difficulty.
